2. Account Registration:
2.1 To access full features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or offensive information.
3. User Conduct:
By using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
Misrepresent your identity, marital status, age, or profession,
Upload or transmit content that is obscene, vulgar, defamatory, or illegal. Use the platform for any commercial or business purpose other than matrimonial matchmaking like Harass, abuse, or stalk other users, use bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to interact with the Platform. Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform.
4. Content and Usage:
4.1 You grant MORSANGI & SERVICES LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute the content you upload for purposes of operating the Platform.
4.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of profiles or content posted by users. Users are solely responsible for their own content.
4.3 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Privacy Policy:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.
6. Communication and Notifications:

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of District Court Durg, Chhattisgarh.

पुरुष उपयोगकर्ताओं की आयु कम से कम 21 वर्ष और महिला उपयोगकर्ताओं की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
1.3 यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म केवल वैवाहिक संबंध चाहने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए है। यह डेटिंग या आकस्मिक संबंध सेवा नहीं है।
1.4 पंजीकरण करके, आप प्रतिनिधित्व और वारंटी देते हैं कि आप:
विवाहित नहीं हैं (अर्थात, अविवाहित, तलाकशुदा या विधवा)अपने लिए या किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए वैवाहिक संबंध तलाश रहे हैं जिसका प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए आप कानूनी रूप से अधिकृत हैं।
2. खाता पंजीकरण:
2.1 प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सभी सुविधाओं तक पहुँचने के लिए, आपको एक खाता बनाना होगा और सटीक, वर्तमान और पूरी जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।
2.2 आप अपने खाते के क्रेडेंशियल्स और अपने खाते के अंतर्गत होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
2.3 हम उन खातों को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं जिनमें झूठी, भ्रामक या आपत्तिजनक जानकारी पाई जाती है।
3. उपयोगकर्ता का आचरण:
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करके, आप सहमत होते हैं कि आप:
अपनी पहचान, वैवाहिक स्थिति, आयु या पेशे को गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत नहीं करेंगे,
ऐसी सामग्री अपलोड या प्रसारित नहीं करेंगे जो अश्लील, अश्लील, मानहानिकारक या अवैध हो। वैवाहिक मैचमेकिंग के अलावा किसी भी व्यावसायिक या व्यावसायिक उद्देश्य के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करना, जैसे अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं को परेशान करना, दुर्व्यवहार करना या उनका पीछा करना, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के साथ इंटरैक्ट करने के लिए बॉट्स, क्रॉलर या स्वचालित स्क्रिप्ट का उपयोग करना। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के अनधिकृत क्षेत्रों तक पहुँचने का प्रयास करना।
4. सामग्री और उपयोग:
4.1 आप MORSANGI & SERVICES LLP को प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के संचालन के लिए आपके द्वारा अपलोड की गई सामग्री का उपयोग, प्रदर्शन, पुनरुत्पादन या वितरण करने के लिए एक गैर-अनन्य, रॉयल्टी-मुक्त, विश्वव्यापी लाइसेंस प्रदान करते हैं।
4.2 हम उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा पोस्ट की गई प्रोफ़ाइल या सामग्री की सटीकता, अखंडता या गुणवत्ता की गारंटी नहीं देते हैं। उपयोगकर्ता अपनी सामग्री के लिए पूरी तरह से ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
4.3 हम इन शर्तों या लागू कानूनों का उल्लंघन करने वाली किसी भी सामग्री को हटाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

यदि निम्न स्थितियाँ हों, तो हम आपके खाते को निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से हटाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं:
* आप इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करते हैं
* आप गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी प्रदान करते हैं।
* आपकी गतिविधि को अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की अखंडता के लिए हानिकारक माना जाता है।
* आप हमारी सहायता टीम से संपर्क करके किसी भी समय अपना खाता निष्क्रिय कर सकते हैं।

8.1 हम अपने प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से किसी भी वैवाहिक गठबंधन की सफलता की गारंटी या वारंटी नहीं देते हैं।
8.2 MORSANGI & SERVICES LLP उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच संचार या बैठकों से होने वाले किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, क्षति या चोट के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।
8.3 उपयोगकर्ताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सभी जानकारी सत्यापित करें और संभावित मिलानों के साथ बातचीत करते समय सावधानी बरतें, खासकर व्यक्तिगत रूप से मिलने या कोई समझौता करने से पहले।
9. क्षेत्राधिकार और शासकीय कानून:
ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्या किए जाएँगे। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से उत्पन्न या उससे संबंधित कोई भी विवाद जिला न्यायालय दुर्ग, छत्तीसगढ़ के अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा।

हम किसी भी समय इन नियमों और शर्तों को संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। ऐसे परिवर्तनों के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग अद्यतन नियमों और शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा। समय-समय पर नियमों की समीक्षा करना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
